Karanyasam

Certain important verses in the Gita have been included in Kara Nyasam. Nyasam means 'placing oneself', or 'the placement of anything', in a specific location. Broadly it is a way of meditation and a techniques of feeling the object of worship in oneself. Thus through Karanyasam, we become the Gita that is to be held in our hands (karam), within our grasp. Swami Sandeepananda Giri demonstrates this technique and explains the practical implications.
