The School of Bhagavad Gita is happy to announce the WORLD PARLIAMENT OF RELIGIONS TOUR to AUSTRALIA during the first two weeks of December 2009. Please go through the details given below and give us your feedback. We look forward to you joining us on a unique journey of discovery- for your mind, body and soul.
As you would probably be aware the School of Bhagavad Gita and Swami Sandeepananda Giri will be participating actively in the Parliament to be held in MELBOURNE from 3rd to 9th December 2009.

After the conference we are organizing a 10 day Nature- Culture tour to understand and appreciate all those aspects of Australia.
The tour dates, approximately are from the 6th to 18th of December2009. One can optionally attend the last three days of the Parliament (7,8,9 Dec) or any one day (8 or 9 Dec) in Melbourne. Those wishing to attend the full session (3 to 9 Dec) may inform us in advance. From the 10th to the 18th we will tour and sight- see Melbourne, Sydney and Cairns. The itinerary will include:
At MELBOURNE –
Landmarks, gardens and monuments, a memorable full day excursion to the scenic Great Ocean Road to discover the breath-taking coastline of south-west Victoria,that includes the world-famous rock formation -Twelve Apostles, the Otways rainforest, Bells Beach,Loch Ard Gorge (site of the dramatic shipwreck of the ‘Loch Ard‘– over 100 years ago) etc
At SYDNEY –
The Rocks area, Harbour Bridge, underwater life at the Sydney Aquarium, a guided tour of the world renowned Sydney Opera house, Sydney Tower and Oz Trek.
At CAIRNS –
Kuranda village– a World Heritage Rainforest, the Skyrail experience spanning 7.5kms over pristine rainforest,to explore its wonders, Great Barrier Reef – the only living structure visible from the moon! A chance to snorkel and dive, visit the underwater observatory or you can stay dry and explore the stunning reef from the comfort of an air-conditioned semi-submersible.
A detailed itinerary will be made available shortly.
The cost of the tour will be Rs 1.5 lakhs. This includes air travel, sightseeing and accommodation and transfers. Attendance at the Parliament will involve registration separately at the rate (approx) of Rs.8200 for 1 day and Rs 15,500 for 3 days (7, 8, 9 December).

- As visa formalities to Australia take long and may require health check up, we request you to REGISTER AT THE EARLIEST.
- Confirmation of participation will be given when visa is granted.
- If the visa has not been granted, we will refund the registration amount.
- Your passport should be valid for 6 months at least from date of travel ie till June 2010 at least.
