Karanyasam

Certain important verses in the Gita have been included in Kara Nyasam. Nyasam means 'placing oneself', or 'the placement of anything', in a specific location. Broadly it is a way of meditation and a techniques of feeling the object of worship in oneself. Thus through Karanyasam, we become the Gita that is to be held in our hands (karam), within our grasp.
