ITINERARY AND COST
June 20: Travel to Dehradun. Pick up from airport and proceed to Haridwar. Stay at Haridwar Ashram
June 21: Sightseeing of Haridwar and Rishikesh. Overnight in Haridwar
June 22: Haridwar to Uttarkashi (210kms – 6.5 hours drive)
Morning after breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi,visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight at Uttarkashi.
June 23: Uttarkashi - Free to explore
June 24: Uttarkashi - Gangotri (100kms 3 hours drive one way)
After breakfast, drive to Gangotri, enroute take a dip in Garam Kund, further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the Ganga, also called
Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja/Darshan, at the temple. Overnight at Gangotri.
June 25: Start of Gaumukh Trek. Gangotri to Bhojbasa Trek (14 kms)
After Breakfast, meet our trekking guide and start your trek towards Bhojbasa via Chirbasa, moving on the track along the Bhagirathi River.Overnight Stay in Ashram or Tents in Bhojbasa.
June 26: Bhojbasa to Gaumukh Trek (4.5kms one side)
Early in the Morning enjoy the panoramic view of Bhagirathi group of peaks. After breakfast trek to Gomukh, the source of the Ganges, where the water of Ganga trickles down from the glaciers.
June 27:Bhojbasa - Gangotri (14kms Trek 4-5 hrs) – Dharali (30 kms 1 hr)
After Breakfast, trek down to Gangotri and from there drive to Dharali check in hotel. In the evening, visit village area. Overnight at hotel in Dharali.
ALTERNATE ITINERARY FOR THOSE NOT TAKING THE GAUMUKH TREK
June 25: Gangotri Free to Explore Gangotri and witness Evening Arathi. Overnight in Gangotri.
June 26: Gangotri to Harsil. Visit Mukhba Temple, explore the other beautiful areas in Harsil. Overnight stay in Harsil.
June 27: Harsil to Gangotri. Pick Gaumukh Trek group members and drive to Dharali.Explore village area. Overnight in Dharali.
June 28: Dharali to Rudraprayag- Morning, drive from Uttarkashi to Rudraprayag . Enroute visit Deoprayag. Overnight in Rudraprayag.
June 29: Rudraprayag - Badrinath (145 kms. 6 hrs) After having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Opportunity to perform Shraddham at Brhamakapal. Visit Mana,the last village, Vyas Gufa, Bhimpul and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
June 30: Badrinath via Joshimath to Auli (2 hour drive). Enroute visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, later drive back to Auli and check in hotel. After rest go to Auli top. Overnight stay in Auli.
July 1: Auli - Haridwar (9 Hour drive) Drive to Haridwar, enroute visit Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag, Devprayag. Overnight in Haridwar
July 2: Drop at airport to return home.

Air/Train fare to and fro Dehradun, Lunch, tea and any other meals not mentioned, Ropeway tickets, Extra days of stay, Porterage, Helicopter, Pony, laundry, tips, Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, Travel Insurance, Medical evacuation in case of emergency.
